Mitch Hedberg had such great delivery and even though I've heard most if not all these jokes before, they still make me laugh - out loud - even if people are around who might not know what I'm laughing at.

I don't think it gets any better than Mitch Hedberg when it comes to stand up comedy. Not over the top, but over the top funny.
